I will guide you through a transformational journey that will Empower YOU to create a life you love so that you begin to THRIVE instead of just surviving the day-to-day.

I use 11 basic habits that yogis and our Ancestors have always used for thousands of years to align yourself with the natural rhythms of your body to coincide with the natural rhythms of nature.

Once you begin practicing these habits you will notice that you:

  • Have More Energy to sustain you throughout your day without extra stimulants
  • Sleep Better so you wake up refreshed and ready to start the day instead of tired and sluggish
  • Have a healthy diet that you enjoy without restrictions
  • Enjoy a healthy relationship with food and no longer binge and restrict

  • There are 2-5 workouts/sequences per phase and phases run 6-8 weeks minimum and up to 12-16 weeks depending on your progress.  
  • Sessions are Virtual or can be in person if you are local
  • Some equipment or evan gym access is needed if you plan on virtual training.

After I receive your application we will set up a meeting to see if you are a good fit.
