Small Group Fitness Classes

Tap into your body’s metabolic pathways at a high level by forcing your body to do overtime and  recover to get everything back down to a baseline with these MetCon classes.  Burn calories at a high rate while altering your body’s composition in a big way.  You will continue to burn calories up to 36 hours AFTER you are finished doing these workouts.  

This is cardio and strength in one.

Total Class time is 30 minutes.

  • A 5-minute dynamic warm-up that includes mobility moves
  • 20-25 minute, home-based, do anywhere metabolic conditioning workout.

These workouts are short in duration and high in intensity so you can get results and get on with your life instead of spending hours in the gym.


Classes are streamed live via Zoom and FB live

Group Yoga Classes

This is not a flow class.  Nor can you mindlessly go through the sequence.  

Iyengar Yoga is mindful and intentional.  In each class the emphasis is on body alignment.  I will guide you in detail how to mindfully and precisely move through the asanas (yoga postures)  

We will often make use of different yoga tools such as belts, blocks, towels or blankets and pillows or bolsters and chairs or other elevated surfaces.


This style of yoga is for any level of yoga practitioner (because yoga is first and foremost ALWAYS a practice) The use of the yoga tools helps makes these classes accessible to those in their first yoga class ever, those who have physical limitations for whatever reason so that anyone can perform some variation of the asanas correctly while minimizing the risk of injury.

Classes are 45-60 minutes

  • All yoga classes begin with a body scan 
  • Breathwork (Pranayama)
  • Asana Sequence - sometimes themed
  • Savasana

Morning classes are geared to wake you up and prepare you for your day in such a way that you feel energized and ready to tackle whatever comes your way.


Evening class will help you wind down your day allowing your body to shift into the Parasympathetic Nervous System (rest and digest mode) so that you can have a good night’s sleep.
